Privacy policy.

When you submit an order request, we collect the name, phone number, Lahore area, address, selected products, quantities and any note you provide. We use this information to record, contact you about and fulfil your request.

Order information is stored on the website server and sent as a notification to two internal order inboxes when email service is available. We do not collect card details on this site. Your browser stores cart choices locally so they remain available while you shop.

Access to order records is limited to people handling the orders. We keep records as needed for order handling and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email info@frozenfries.pk.
